INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL TARIFFS OR CUSTOMS DUTIES.  These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. Our shipping charge does NOT include any of these fees. For additional information inquire locally.

You'll never find any hidden charges and all of our products are priced competitively. We are an authorized dealer and use manufacturer suggested retail prices.

If you find it cheaper elsewhere they're probably not an authorized dealer and you take a chance on everything from the authenticity of the sunglass, and the factory warranty coverage to the customer service response if there's ever a problem.

If you find it with free shipping elsewhere they probably won't actually have it in stock. We suggest always asking before placing your order. How long they take to reply is a good indication of what the quality of your buying experience will most likely be.

We have made every effort to assure that the information on our website is correct. We will not be held liable or responsible if any inaccuracy exists in specifications or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

Product Availability:
If you see it in our online catalog we carry that item in stock. At any given time 98% of our inventory is in stock. However, we make no guarantees unless verified by a member of our staff. If you have need for immediate delivery please contact us by phone or by email for an stock status update before placing your order.

Items listed in the Clearance area have limited availability. Items may be sold out or available in a quantity less than requested. In the event an item is unavailable any non-shippable item or quantity will be cancelled and you will be notified. Charges will be submitted only for shipped items.

It is always our goal to process orders as quickly as possible so that your order is fulfilled and shipped to you ASAP. However, due to the package acceptance cut-off times for shipping not all orders are processed the same day that you place them with us.

In general, if you place your order on any business day Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays see Shipping Options) and before 12:00 Noon EST your order will be processed and shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 12:00 Noon EST, on a Friday, weekend or a holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.
