Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or for an exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.

Clearance, Closeouts and Special Pricing Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is received defective.

We inspect your purchase during the shipping procedure to insure your product arrive undamaged to you. On rare occasions a package will become damaged during transit. Damaged product must be reported immediately upon receipt. No refunds or exchanges will be available for any damage not reported within 72 hours of your receipt of the product. You can find our on-line contact form and customer service contact information by selecting the "Contact Us" link found at the bottom of every page on our web site.

Please Note:
Do not return any order to us for any reason without contacting us for a RA# first. All returns MUST have a visible RA# on the outside of the package.

All product MUST be in NEW, UNUSED condition. It is the customer's responsibility to check for damage before any product is returned to us.

Replacement Lenses on which installation has been completed or attempted are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to check lenses for correct fit BEFORE installation. If a lens is scratched or has been modified in any way it cannot be returned. Any lens not returned in NEW, UNUSED condition will not be refunded and can be returned to you at your cost if requested within 3 business days by replying to our notification email.

A minimum 15% restocking fee will automatically be applied for any product returned without all of the original packaging and inserts. In addition, we will cheerfully refund your shipping costs if the item was sent as a result of our error, otherwise all shipping fees are non-refundable.

For best results return ship using the box we sent your order in or similar corrugated cardboard box. DO NOT use a padded envelope, bubble wrap or the item packaging itself without an outer protective box. This will result in damage and we will refuse any return using this method. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.

How do I return an item?

  1. Fill out the Request RA# form below. You'll find space provided for details regarding refunds or exchanges.
  2. In response you'll receive an email from our shipping department (normally within 24 hours) containing your RA#. We suggest keeping this email for your records.
  3. Use a corrugated cardboard box similar to the box we shipped your original order in. UPS, FedEx and USPS will all provide this box free of charge. Be sure to use adequate packing material.
  4. Write the RA# you received clearly on the outside of the corrugated cardboard box, not the product packaging.
  5. Return the item in new, unused condition with all original packaging and inserts undamaged.

A (RA #) is held open and pending for 30 days. After 30 days it will be closed and no further returns or exchanges will be available for your purchase. Please do not delay in returning your package after receiving your RA#.

 

When will I get my refund or exchange?

You will receive an email as soon as the returned item has been received and processed.

Refunds . . . 
The refund will come in the same form of payment you used for the original purchase.

  • If you paid by credit card using our Secure Online Order Form or a money order by mail, for the original purchase, you can expect the refund to be applied to your credit card or refund check issued in about 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after our receipt of the returned item.
  • If you paid a check by mail for the original purchase, you can expect the refund to be mailed to you about 10 business days.

Exchanges . . .
You will receive an email as soon as the returned item has been received and processed.

  • If the exchange item is in stock, the return will be processed and return shipped to you within 2 business days.
  • If the exchange item is not in stock, you will be informed of the expected time frame for return shipping. In addition, you'll be given the option of a different choice at this time should you prefer not to wait.
